Graduates of 10-day STAR Retreats
The first residential STAR Retreats were from 17 to 21 days long. The current 10-day STAR Retreat Program, a synthesis of the most valuable STAR processes and experiences, was developed in 1999 in response to the need to reduce the duration and cost of STAR without sacrificing any essential elements. Every graduate of the STAR Retreat program has received an extensive survey one year following completion of the program. Here are the results compiled from 236 such responses from graduates of the 10-day STAR.
