Winter 2011 STAR Session
A STAR Foundation retreat is a genuinely transformative 10-day personal growth opportunity. It is a uniquely individual process done in a small group setting. After over three decades of experience, STAR™ is thought by graduates and therapists to be the most unique, powerful, personalized program of its kind. STAR™ stands alone among personal growth retreat workshops with its 1-to-2 staff-to-participant ratio. The remarkably large staff of diverse and experienced individuals provides you as a participant an unparalleled level of personalized attention. This creates an extremely individualized and tailored experience for you. Participants find they can work as deeply as necessary to rediscover a life full of real spontaneity, joy, and purpose.
STAR™ retreats take place at Kenyon Ranch, a beautiful retreat center south of Tucson, Arizona, in the Santa Cruz River Valley. This 99-acre center includes a swimming pool, hot tub, meditation gardens, hiking trails, and delicious meals. These amenities create a profoundly nurturing and safe environment that invites focused and transformative work.
A STAR Foundation retreat is suitable for a wide range of issues including self-esteem and relationship problems, professional or personal burnout, or a feeling of being stuck or trapped. STAR™ is ideal for those experiencing loss of meaning and purpose, significant life transitions, blocked creativity, grief and loss, anxiety, or depression. The STAR™ program is also very successful in working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, stress-related symptoms, adult attachment disorder, anger management, or addictive behaviors.
