FOR STAR GRADUATES
Dear STAR Graduate,
As you already know from your own experience, healing is a lifelong process, not a once-in-a-lifetime event. I want to encourage you to continue with the work you began in STAR.
STAR Enrichment
One of the ways you can do this is by participating in STAR Enrichment, an eight-day workshop for those who want to go deeper.

Open to all STAR graduates, this workshop is a continuation of your initial STAR experience, plus it offers a "menu" of exciting opportunities, all organized around a core experience of visualizing just what your best year ever would look like. You'll have an opportunity to:
Examine old paradigms--how are they holding you back? What new paradigm will support your attaining "your best year ever"?
Determine your personal values--this is a week to re-establish contact with your deepest needs.
Set goals--how about something a little more soul-satisfying than losing that extra 5 pounds? This is where you can "pragmatize" your vision for your best year ever!
Highlights of STAR Enrichment include:
"Change Your Mind"--an innovative process combining affirmations and music on tape.
Developmental work, art work, optional feeling sessions, and other activities, with plenty of time for personal reflection, a swim in the pool, or a soak in the hot tub.
Bodywork is also available (at additional cost)
Spiritual Workshop
For those who want to go deeper into your spiritual life, I hold occasional special retreats for this purpose, usually at an exotic site – such as Hawaii or Mexico. If you are interested in being notified of our next spiritual retreat, please call the STAR office or click here.

Finally, we’d like to ask for your support in spreading the word about STAR.
