Our Executive Director
Diana Barrett
Diana attended STAR in 1977 and has worked with STAR in several capacities ever since. Currently, she is our Executive Director.
With over 35 years of management experience, including research and teaching programs at the University of California, San Francisco; operations and dining services at the Pocket Ranch Institute (the predecessor to STAR Foundation) ; and the STAR Foundation, she is responsible for enrollment, site preparation, and all administrative aspects of the STAR Foundation.
Diana received a B.A. from the University of California in 1971 in Cellular Biology, and subsequently completed her post-graduate work at the University of California, San Francisco. Her hobbies include walking her dog, jig-saw puzzles, Sudoku, and reading, and she is very active in supporting her community. She serves as the Treasurer of the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce.
